Tyrrell 006 pictures arrived!

Thomas one of my twin 16 year old sons, has done a stirling IT job whilst studying for his GCSE’s and put my selection of work-in-progress pictures for the Tyrrell 006 I am currently building. We need to spend time annotating the pictures and will add a few more in time when appropriate, so there will be a few more additions.
I hope the text added in the last 2-3 weeks has been informative and worth reading. Currently, the main work is slowed because I am producing some duplicate bodywork parts to supplement the full-bodied Monaco winning car (as so far seen), to enable the model to be displayed as that driven in Britain/Germany (abbreviated sidepods, no rear deck, upgraded finish on airbox surface, new rear wing) and Canada/US (no sidepods or rear deck, airbox as GB and Germany, re-sited oil coolers). God-willing, with all this additional new work, the model will be completed by the autumn or not long after. The decals are well under way and with the louvres/micro-hinges all but completed, soon the paintcode used for the restored Tyrrell 006/2 will be available and paint made-up.
